Independent Main Frame
A strong durable independent main frame is the foundation for any separator. Rock Tough's main frames are an independent stand-alone structure with amizing torsional stablity. This is required to insure years of trouble free deck bar adjustment and all around durablity and performance.

Recessed Lower Spanner
When larger deck bar openings are required Rock Tough's recessed lower spanner beam prevents damage as material moves off the screen deck. This option is available on our adjustable and fixed bar Extreme series separators.
Recessed Lower Deck
Bar Support
Any supports between or directly under the deck bars will empede material flow and resust in clogging and reduced production rates. Rock Tough's deck bar support is recessed below the deck bars, insuring free flow or material down the screen face.
Flush Cut Deck Bars
Hanging the separator with the bucket or catching a protruding deck bar with a tire is something we can all do without. With flush cut deck bars, especially with large equipment, cleaning can be performed safely and efficiently with without worry.
Adjustable Deck Bar System
Shift Bar Option
We've all come across material that seams to get stuck in everthing. When dealing with difficult material the Shift Bar keeps production rates up and the operator happy. Free all trapped material by simply lifting the Shift Bar system with your bucket while emptying the clean out box.
